Here are some tips to ensure you get the best out of your purchase
Heat Pack
Please read these instructions carefully for our wrap around heat pack.

To use the hottle hot, remove the clay insert and place this part only in the microwave for 60 seconds (1000W microwave).
Ensure the contents is flat and evenly distributed.
Take the clay insert out and squish it around to ensure even heating.
Only increase heat times by 15 second intervals until the desired temperature has been reached (often around 75-90 seconds in total is needed).
Heat times will vary depending on your microwave, so please take care.
If the cover of the clay insert starts to expand, remove immediately. Overheating will cause the clay insert to split and leak.
Similar to a hot water bottle, the heat transference will continue to increase over the first few minutes. Please be patient while the hottle warms up and don't over heat the clay insert.
Once you know how the clay insert reacts in your microwave, you can heat for the right time period first go every-time, there is no need to gradually increase the time.
If re-heating, adjust heat times accordinly.
Ensure the microwave is clean from food spills or oils as this may increase the heat in one area and damage your clay insert.
Do not place the cover in the microwave.
Place the clay insert in a large pot or frying pan of boiling water, ensuring that it doesn't touch the sides of the pot as this may cause damage to the clay insert.
For the first few uses, excess dye may tint the water.
Recommended heat time is 5 minutes. If the cover of the clay insert starts to expand, remove immediately.
If re-heating, adjust times accordingly.
Similar to a hot water bottle, the heat will take a few moments to transfer through. Please take care.
To use cold, place the clay insert into the freezer for at least 1 hour prior to use.
The clay insert is safe to be stored in the freezer when not in use.
Remember, whichever method you choose, always place the clay insert into the cover and zip it before use. Please use care.
Do not place cover in the microwave.
Eye Mask
Please read these instructions carefully
To use the eye mask hot, place in the microwave for 10 seconds (1000W microwave), take the eye mask out and squish it around to ensure even heating, heat for another 5 seconds.
Ensure the contents is flat and evenly distributed.
Test the temperature and only increase heat times by 3 second intervals until the desired temperature has been reached.
Heat times will vary depending on your microwave, so please take care.
If the cover of the eye mask starts to expand, remove immediately. Overheating will cause the eye mask to split and leak.
Similar to a hot water bottle, the heat transference will continue to increase over the first few moments. Please be patient while the hottle eye mask warms up and don't over heat.
