Our bundle options not only offer a great discount but also give you more options for finding comfort for any situation
An additional clay insert can be used as for cold therapy. You can keep one in the freezer for when you want to use it cold and one available for hot comfort.
Some customers choose to place two clay inserts in the cover, however this is not necessary.

With an extendable and adjustable strap, the hottle™ can be customised to fit various body types and sizes. This flexibility ensures that the heat pack provides optimal relief and comfort for a wide range of users.
It can be worn comfortably without feeling heavy or cumbersome, allowing you to go about your day.
The waist strap extends from 68cm to 122cm which is approximately size 6 to 22 (women’s clothing size) for wear around the waist.

At the time of purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email confirming that your item has left our warehouse and provide you with tracking information.
If you have checked your junk mail folder and have not received either of these emails in a timely manner, please contact us at customercare@thehottle.com.au and we will provide you with an update.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched. Every effort will be made to dispatch and deliver your order as soon as possible but Covid-19 may cause some delays from time to time.

Change of Address must be submitted within 2 hours of ordering with the subject ‘CHANGE OF ADDRESS’ to hello@thehottle.com.au and we will do our best to intercept your order and update your postal address.
Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at www.thehottle.com.au
Our Refund Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
Change of mind
If you have simply changed your mind we do not provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the merchandise must be:
in saleable condition;
unused with all original packaging;
returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable);
not subject to the exclusions listed below; and
the exchange or refund is sought within 14 days of purchase.
The hottle, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.
Consumer guarantees
If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
If there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will replace the relevant item within a reasonable time.
The hottle will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. A photo must be provided to the hottle team supporting the claim.
Return tender
Refunds will be given using your original payment method
If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, the hottle has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.
Gift or bonus with purchase and bundled items
Where merchandise is purchased with a gift or bonus, the gift or bonus must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus.
In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.
Privacy when making a return
The hottle is committed to protecting your privacy.
Information collected when returning merchandise will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may be used for fraud protection activities and for the purpose of the hottle research and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.

If products are on sale they will not be refunded.
